Integrated wooden structures All the integrated wooden structures are based on a design made of widen beans or a design made of steel pipes. The wild is of Finnish pine type no. 5 that underwent an impregnation process. The wooden pillars are made of standard cuts in sizes 40x80mm, 50x100mm, 65x100mm (the cuts are done according to need and standards). The assembly of the wooden boards to the structures is made with wooden screws or galvanized lock screws. The screws and nuts are embedded in the wood. They do not protrude and are covered with plugs and colorful plastic caps. In the structures based on metal pipes. The connectors between the elements to the pillars are made of galvanized tin joints and all the pipes apertures are covered with colorful plastic caps. The wooden structures are paints with wooden paints. Other types of wild are available, as per request. All Fibran products have ISO 9002 certification. Swings All the swings are built of a frame made of galvanized metal members, sizes 60mmx60mm, wall thickness 2.65mm. Nest Swing The swing frame is built of galvanized pipes dia 3". Swings Seats Various types of seats are available, as specified hereunder: Rubber Seats-built of rubber mold on a metal base. Sizes 22x44 cm. Rubber Seats for small children-a closed seat made of rubber mold on a metal base. Sizes: 30x45 cm. Nest swing Seat: swing seat made of 120cm diameter cables. Carrousel Round carousel consisting of a frame built from galvanized metal pipes, flexed 1.5" dia, 2.65mm wall thickness. The treading surfaces are made of galvanized tin 1+3mm. The central axis includes a state-of-the-art bearing system made of one horizontal bearing and a conical one. The bearings include caulking washers and are self-lubricated. The carrousel bench is arched, made of galvanized and perforated tin. The carrousel has a closed capped wheel. Our Carousels are designed with state of the art Centre sealed bearings to ensure maximum safety & enjoyment. Slides All the slides are made of polyethylene and have a unique double panel siding exclusive to Fibran. The slide series offers the following slides: tube slides, spiral slides, undulating slides, double side slides, banana slides, and straight slides of different heights. Our double walled slides are unique & significantly safer than single walled or other types of slides. Spring Riders Fibran has a wide selection of spring Riders in different shapes and materials: characters made of marine plywood, 30mm in width, characters made of galvanized metal and plastic characters made of polyethylene boards-that come in one shade or are multi-colored.
